  • Mature tight gas play embarking on major capital project to install plunger lift program looking to drive cost and production value through continuous improvement

  • High level of dissatisfaction with leadership capabilities and behaviors leading to a culture of comfort and apathy

  • Lack of common tools and capabilities for ongoing continuous improvement



  • Supported combination of team and individual coaching and feedback to improve leadership effectiveness

  • Developed Lean-based continuous improvement process to identify and execute ongoing continuous improvement projects, with specific application to plunger lift installation program to significantly reduce cost and cycle time

  • Facilitated the leadership team to articulate asset vision and clear leadership expectations and guiding principles

  • Launched multiple other improvement efforts to embed continuous improvement capability and culture
