Glyn has spent the past 20 years consulting with organizations to drive significant business results. As an executive, he has managed major projects, coached and trained numerous leaders and teams to succeed in dynamic environments. He has contributed to the development of the consulting toolkit with his work in Project Excellence and Organizational Cadence methodologies. He is an award winner for his implementations for several of his clients. He has worked with many other major organizations including large petrochemical, transportation and financial companies. 

His unique strength is his ability to listen, gain trust and understand the patterns and shifts in an organization. He is able to simplify and customize his coaching and consulting approach, so it resonates with client needs. Glyn adapts quickly and distills his methodology to capture quick wins and deliver breakthrough results.

Glyn and his wife Michele have four children and live in Highland, UT. Glyn was a collegiate soccer athlete at Brigham Young University-Hawaii where he received an undergraduate degree in Psychology, (emphasis in Organizational Behavior) and was a recognized scholar athlete in the PacWest Conference. He earned his graduate degree from Brigham Young University, Marriott Business School, in Provo, Utah.
