Arun Jeyachandran

After a distinguished 15-year career with Evolve, Arun chose to retire and consult with Evolve in an advisory capacity. Arun draws on his deep operational and capital projects experience across the energy, chemicals, mining and utility sectors to advise Evolve and its clients in sustainable results-driven change implementation.

Arun has led major change programs in shale gas development, refining and oil sands operational excellence, chemical manufacturing transformation and nuclear power capital projects, each delivering significant results for his clients. Arun specializes in executive coaching and implementation of management systems that enable his clients to develop new capabilities and lead their organizations to levels that once seemed impossible. His boundless enthusiasm for continuous improvement and learning is reflected in his favorite quote, from Albert Einstein: "Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning."

Arun formerly led Evolve’s Canadian practice. He also held a number of executive operational and consulting roles prior to joining Evolve in April 2011. He holds an MBA from Simon Fraser University and a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary.

Arun enjoys travelling to new places to explore and experience different cultures. He likes to stay active by running, skiing, hiking, mountain biking and adventure travelling.
