Open position: Client Partner

We are looking for professionals with five or more years of management consulting experience, working with external clients. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of helping major organisations implement complex change programmes that have delivered significant improvements in business results — results that can be directly attributed to the bottom line. Applicants must have strong implementation skills and demonstrable specialist expertise in the following areas:

- Operational excellence and/or lean manufacturing
- Data-driven business analysis
- Coaching and developing others
- Oil, gas and chemicals operations

How you work is as important to us as what you know. We are looking for self-aware people with the confidence to work in a truly authentic way with our clients. Our model requires us to work through others, so the ability to influence people at all levels of an organization is critical. We believe that affecting truly sustainable behavioral change requires us to work with our client’s people day-in and day-out at their work site. We go to them wherever they are regardless of whether that is an office building in the center of town or, more likely, a large manufacturing plant or offshore platform in a developing country.

This is a role that requires a real passion for developing others using skillful observation, coaching and feedback. It requires flexibility in style and practice. Some days we help our clients make improvements by implementing changes on the factory floor, and on other days, we work in the board room with senior leaders helping them to formulate step-by-step plans to implement the best strategic solutions throughout their company.
