Building continuous improvement in onshore gas
Evolve supported a Rockies onshore gas producer in developing and implementing a shop floor Kaizen process to create a mechanism and capability for continuous improvements. One of the first benefits realized was a significant reduction in complexity, time and cost for major plunger lift installation. Evolve also worked with the leadership team to agree core behaviors and drive personal and team actions to enable the ongoing continuous improvement effort.
