Global Oil and Gas Front-line Leadership Development Program

Helping define and deliver new skills to new leaders world-wide

This world-leading company takes management capability seriously.

It should - it has a lot of managers in its business, and recognises that both its current and future success depend on the quality of its leaders at all levels of its business. So it also takes seriously who it turns to for support in this area.

So they asked Evolve to help them design a course for people in their business taking up their first leadership position. Having worked with Evolve before, they knew that Evolve knew something about the relationship between leadership skills and delivering better results.

Evolve worked with their leadership and organisational development team to fashion a five-day course that, in a deeply-practical way, introduces core concepts, models and tools that first-level leaders can use to help themselves and help others achieve more. The course, for which Evolve is also an accredited trainer, has won the companies prestigious internal award for innovation, and has now been delivered to over 5,000 of its best new leaders world-wide.
