Achieving a step-change in safety, production and cost performance through operational excellence

The asset was seeking to achieve operational excellence from the start by implementing strong processes, systems and a high performing culture, using the need to deliver early results in a new operation as the opportunity to build systems and capability for long-term investment and growth. Evolve supported a comprehensive operational excellence implementation program focused on safety, production optimization, maintenance & reliability, integrity and operations leadership.
Results delivered through the program included a 60% increase in production, 21% increase in operating efficiency, 10% reduction in unit cost, elimination of off-spec product, and a step-change in safety performance.
